Whole Nutmeg 30g

Nutmeg is the kernel of the fruit of the tree Myristica Fragrans. At maturity, the fruit opens and releases its kernel. A pinch of worn nut will warm your dishes sweet or savoury.

Its hot and wooded flavour raises stews, meats, purées or pies.
