This wine is artfully blended from their archive of reserves that they have built up over 10 years. No use of a base vintage, relying instead on their unique library to offer a complexity rarely seen in English sparkling wines.
This house signature Brut harmonises an average of 32 skilfully selected reserve wines, for an elegant expression which sings with subtle intrigue.
Pale gold in colour, the Brut has a generous nose and a bright lemony character with notes of passion fruit and honey. Minerality in the mouth indicates a good, balanced structure, with an intense backbone and a lengthy finish with a whisper of white pepper. Fresh and attractive on the nose, with a lovely minerality in the mouth.

60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay.
