Originally from South India, the word "kari" means "spice mixture". But what about "Kari Gosse"? Curry first arrived in France in the 19th century in the port of Lorient. An apothecary, Monsieur Gosse had the idea of mixing curry with other spices. Kari Gosse was born and the products of the sea found their ally.

Made from Blue Lobster, European Lobster, North East Atlantic origin. No colouring or preservatives.
