Discover the lobster bisque prepared on the island of Groix by the Groix & Nature cannery. The Blue Lobster of Brittany is honoured in this recipe, delicately flavoured with a hint of Kari Gosse, this Lobster Bisque will delight the gourmets.

Originally from South India, the word "kari" means "spice mixture". But what about "Kari Gosse"? Curry first arrived in France in the 19th century in the port of Lorient. An apothecary, Monsieur Gosse had the idea of mixing curry with other spices. Kari Gosse was born and the products of the sea found their ally.



Water, Lobster (28.5%), fish, white wine (4.5%) (sulphites), crushed peeled tomatoes, shallots, carrots, olive oil, wheat flour, armagnac (1.5%), salt, garlic, kari gosse (0.04%) (ginger, turmeric, cloves, chilli, cinnamon, pepper). Made from Blue Lobster, European Lobster, North East Atlantic origin. No colouring or preservatives.
