Mustard made with a stone grinder.

Gingerbread is a speciality of Burgundy. The one we use is prepared by the last small artisanal producer in Burgundy... The gingerbread is finely ground and incorporated with the honey in the mustard. The result is a subtle balance between the particular flavour of our grainy mustard and the spicy delicacy of Dijon gingerbread.

Suggestions:

ideal with white meat or black pudding. Can also be used to flavour poultry stuffing or salad dressing.

The Moutarderie Edmond Fallot is a family-run factory since 1840 and is located in Beaune, Burgundy. They have managed to preserve the historical legacy of the master mustard-makers by perpetuating their traditional, artisanal methods.

The seeds are locally grown and selected for their quality. In keeping with traditional methods, they are stone-ground to preserve the flavours.

water, mustard seeds, vinegar, honey (8.3%), salt, sugar, Dijon gingerbread (1.6% with wheat flour and egg), spices, natural fruit and plant extracts
