Medium Roast. Clean & balanced with medium body. Molasses, almonds, plum and vanilla notes

Colombia, rather uniquely, produces coffee 12 months of the year. The main flowering period is from April through to October, and the main crop harvest lasts from early September to December. The mitaca harvest runs from March through to June.

This Speciality Coffee is grown at altitudes of 1,200–2,000 meters. When coffee beans are grown at these higher elevations, they develop slowly due to the cool nighttime temperatures. Slower growing leads to high nutrient concentration, healthier cherries and ultimately more sweetness and complexity making it the perfect choice for filter brewing.
