By using or submitting an order (and any subsequent orders) on this web site you are agreeing to the terms that appear below.

By using LaBoutiqueRobuchon.com website you are bound by these Terms & Conditions. All purchases made on this website are governed by these Terms & Conditions at any time although the Terms & Conditions governing any given use or purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order or specific use. If you use or order goods after we have published any changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each use or order to ensure that you understand the precise Terms & Conditions applicable to your site visit or purchase. To assist you in determining whether the Terms & Conditions have changed since your most recent order we will display the date when these Terms & Conditions were most recently updated.
La Boutique Robuchon service is available for non-commercial and domestic use only, unless registered as a Business account and approved by La Boutique Robuchon. We reserve the right to refuse orders from businesses or that we consider are for commercial or other non-domestic concerns.
We will confirm your order by message on the website immediately after you have confirmed your order, and by us sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us ("Order Confirmation").
Please note that the Order Confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Subject to our cancellation rights (see clause "CANCELLATION OF DELIVERIES AND SUSPENSION OF YOUR ACCOUNT" below), acceptance of your order and completion of the contract will take place when we despatch the goods to you.
You must be 18 years old or over and must have completed the registration process in order to participate in our service.
The law places certain restrictions on transactions involving alcohol, and accordingly alcohol must be either ordered by you or delivered by us during normal licensing hours. If you have ordered alcohol from us and cannot be at home at your selected delivery time, it is your responsibility to ensure that a suitable person is there to receive the order. We operate a "Challenge 25" policy, which means that if the person receiving delivery of alcohol looks under 25, we will request identification. We may also request identification in relation to other age restricted products such as knives. We may retain the products if proof of age or an alternative adult is not available.
Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of products supplied to you from time to time if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardises availability for other customers.
In the event of non-availability of any products you order, and if you have accepted substitutions for this product(s) when ordering, we may offer a reasonable substitute. This may affect the price you pay. You may reject any substitute item and we will refund the amount you have been charged for that substitute. We will identify any substitute items to you at the time of Picking and give you the opportunity to accept or reject the item at that time.
When your order is collected from one of our Stores, you may return any item and receive a full refund if you are unhappy with the price charged or for any other reason.

The range of products offered may vary according to the period or the delivery/collection method.
All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge.
The price of products will be as stated on the Website at the time you confirm your order, subject to the exceptions set out in the following clauses for which we will not be liable.
It is possible that on rare occasions some of the products listed on our Website may be incorrectly priced. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our Website, we will normally reject your order for that product and notify you of such rejection. Prior to us dispatching your order, we are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower), even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation.
Each order you make may incur a charge for delivery. If your delivery is subject to a delivery charge, it will be shown to you as a separate charge on the delivery confirmation page before you confirm your order. Any delivery charge added to your order will be dependent upon, amongst other things, the value of your order, the date and time of your delivery and your delivery address and charges may vary from week to week.
If you subsequently amend your order to add items, the prices charged for products which were not in your original order will be the prices quoted at the time of the Order Confirmation of your amended order. If you add more of the same items which were in your original order, then the prices charged for these items will be the prices quoted at the time of the Order Confirmation of your original order. Please note that as promotions are offered for a limited period of time subsequent amendments to your order may mean that certain promotions are no longer being offered.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. When an item you have ordered is unavailable we will attempt to deliver a suitable substitute, unless you have asked us not to.
Where a substitute item is offered in place of an item ordered, the price charged (if accepted) will be the substitute item price at the time the item is substituted.
Minimum Order Value
There is no Minimum Order Value for orders.
Methods of payment
Payment may be made by debit, credit or charge card and some business account cards. We also accept payment by Robuchon Vouchers. No other vouchers or "money off" coupons will be accepted towards payment of an order. Any refunds arising from an order paid for by vouchers shall be given in Robuchon vouchers. You cannot pay for your order by cash or cheque. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted by our partner to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.
Payment authorisation must be given at the time of placing your order. Due to the new PSD2 and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) regulations, and in order to protect you from fraud, your bank may ask you to approve the payment.
Orders for which payment is not approved cannot be considered as paid.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect option is free of charge.
If you choose to collect your order from one of our Stores (Click & Collect option), the store collection will be agreed with you when you place your order. We may ask that an appropriate adult aged 18 years or over signs for the goods collection.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you at the time the products are collect by you. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the products after collection.
Please note that you will not be able to collect your order until you have received the 'Ready to Pickup' email.
In the event that no appropriate person is available to pick up this order from the agreed Store within 2 weeks of the initial collection, we will retain the products and cancel the order.
To collect your order, please bring your order number and an appropriate form of I.D.
Delivery days and times will be specified by our courier and will be made to the address specified by you when you register on the website. You have the ability to change this address through the "My details" feature on the website, and you must do so if you move home so that we can deliver to the correct address. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you at the time the products are delivered to you or are left with a person or in a place nominated by our driver or you. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the products after delivery.
We take special care to endeavour that deliveries are made within a short delivery slot and accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery slot. We may ask that an appropriate adult aged 18 years or over signs for the goods on delivery.
You have the possibility to follow and modify the delivery of your parcel from our courier's website. If no appropriate person is at the delivery address to receive delivery, you will be contacted by our courier to reschedule the delivery.
We will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered. If you are not satisfied with the quantity you have received we will arrange with you for non-perishable goods to be returned to us (please note that the goods must not be used and must be in good condition). In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly. You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received. In any event, subject to clause "WARRANTY AND LIABILITY" below, our liability will be limited to the price of the goods not delivered or incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery.
Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery date. In any event, subject to clause "WARRANTY AND LIABILITY" below, our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery order items will not be packed in carrier bags.
Returns and Refunds
We advise that you inspect all products at the time of delivery and notify us of any defects promptly after delivery.
We'd like you to be happy with everything you purchase from La Boutique Robuchon. Please see the La Boutique Robuchon Returns policy and Refunds Terms & Conditions for details of how to obtain a replacement or refund. Our refund policy is in addition to and does not affect any of your legal rights.
If you have any complaints about an online purchase, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
Amendment of orders and Cancellation rights
You can cancel or change any of your current orders up until your order is shipped.
You can make changes to your order by contacting our Customer Services.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled by email.
You have the right to cancel the contract for certain products at any time until the expiry of the 14th day after the date of delivery of the products by notifying us. This right does not apply to (1) flowers, meat, fish, milk, baby food and other perishable products ; (2) products that are personalised or otherwise bespoke to your instructions; (3) sealed products where the seal has been removed or which otherwise cannot be returned for hygiene or health & safety reasons.
Should you wish to cancel your order after the packing period but before shipping, we will be entitled to charge you for an administrative charge of £10.
Warranty and Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions will restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty, nor will any of these terms restrict any of your statutory rights. For further information about your statutory rights, contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice Bureau.
Our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you under this contract will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order.
We will not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), representations (other than fraudulent on negligent misrepresentations), under statute or otherwise arising out of or in connection with these Robuchon Terms for any: (1) special, indirect or consequential loss or damage; and/or (2) loss of profits; and/or (3) loss of revenue; and/or (4) loss of privacy or data; and/or (5) loss of goodwill or reputation; and/or (6) loss of business or anticipated saving; and/or (7) loss or damage caused by any reliance you had in having the products delivered to you or arising out of our supply or failure to supply the products to you.
The products are sold to you on the basis that you are a customer therefore we will not be liable for any special losses that you might suffer using, re-distributing or reselling the products as part of a business.
In addition to clause "Delivery", we will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these Terms & Conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment, road traffic problems.
Telephone calls made to and from our Customer Service team may be recorded for quality and monitoring purposes.
We will also share certain information about you with our carrier, such as your name, postal address, email and telephone number.
At the time of your registration you will create a password. Please keep this secret, as you are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password. You are entirely responsible for all orders placed with us or information given to us under your e-mail address in combination with your password. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your e-mail address and/or password or any breach of security known to you.
Cancellation of deliveries and suspension or your account
We reserve the right to cancel your delivery at any time if we suspect fraud, have reason to believe you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other terms and conditions relating to your order, or if there is an outstanding payment for any account registered at your address. In the event that we cancel your order, you will receive email notification and will be invited to contact our Customer Service.
In addition to our right to cancel your order, we reserve the right to suspend your account. Your account will remain suspended until you contact our Customer Service and remedy any breaches which are capable of remedy, or provide any information reasonably requested by our Customer Service team member to enable them to reactivate your account.
In the rare event that unforeseen operational or technical issues occur, we may need to cancel or rearrange delivery. If this happens we will endeavour to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date.
We reserve the right to make any changes and additions to these La Boutique Robuchon Grocery Terms and Conditions at any time.
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute which may arise between them.
If any of these Terms & Conditions is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms & Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If we delay in taking steps against you as a result of you breaching these La Boutique Robuchon Grocery Terms and Conditions, it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
Notwithstanding the ongoing relationship between La Boutique Robuchon and any of our commercial partners from time to time, and the historical use of certain slogans, the businesses do not have any liability for each other's obligations nor are they jointly or severally liable for any legal purposes.
All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use the material data and content only for your personal use in placing orders through LaBoutiqueRobuchon.com, and you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, use or create derivative works of any material data and content on LaBoutiqueRobuchon.com website without Robuchon's prior written permission. Robuchon may impose a fee on any proposed use of the material data and content contained on its website, other than for placing orders through the LaBoutiqueRobuchon.com website.
