Grapefruit and tangerine on the palate with a persisting and saline finish.
38% Chardonnay, 62% Pinot noir. Matured on lees for 4 years +6 months after disgorging.
Food pairing : aperitive, fish such as salmon or tuna, veal, soft cheeses, red fruits based desserts.
