This smoked black tea is dried on wood, rolled, oxidised and finally dried again in bamboo baskets using smoke from spruce, cypress or pine.
Naturally low in caffeine, this tea was famously a favourite of both Winston Churchill and Sherlock Holmes.
It has a dark red tone, is light and clear and has an aromatic woody scent with notes of eucalyptus and liquorice.
